or refusal to act by the President or Vice President, perform
those duties with full powers

debts, shall maintain books of account which properly reflect
the true and correct financial status of the club, report this

Directors at large: Tom Bogaard & Jim
Bell-- There
are two director at large positions elected for two year staggered
terms who perform duties as requested by the Board. They shall
not also be officers.
Well, that is your new board of directors and these are our
duties. We look forward to continue the work done by the past
board for a lot of very fun and exciting activities to enjoy
driving our cars and meeting together. We hope to see you at
the Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet on January 22, 2005 at
the SeaTac Marriott. Also, don't forget that this is the first
year that Parade registration will be electronically entered

in Hershey Pennsylvania from June 25 to July 1, 2005 . Hope to
see you soon.
