“Save the Date” in your summer schedule for the excitement of the American Le Mans Series which returns to Portland International Raceway’s 12-turn, 1.95 mile track with its premiere high-tech and powerful prototype racing machines. Add the nimble and quick modified production cars, all on the track at the same time, and edge-of-your-seat sports car racing is back! Follow your favorites whether it’s Audi, Lola, Corvette, Ferrari, Dodge Viper, Saleen Mustang, Porsche, BMW or Lamborghini.

See many of the same cars and drivers who compete in the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans in France each June. Get a close look at all these exotic cars and their drivers in the open paddock area. Autograph sessions, too!

Joining the weekend schedule is another fan favorite, the SPEED World Challenge with two separate race groups: GT Class with BMW, Viper, Porsche, Saleen, Audi, Corvettes and the Touring Class with Acura, Integra, Mazda, BMW, Mercedes, Nissan and more.

The open-wheel Star Mazda Series is in the weekend lineup. Their usual large field of cars with close racing and aggressive passing makes this a fantastic race to watch.

And, last but definitely not least, the new TONKA Super Truck series will give you thrills with their peerless, non-stop, heart pounding, powerful 10,000 pound big rigs packing about 1,000 horsepower. Don’t miss the first appearance in the Northwest of these purpose-built race trucks.
