Candidate for President
ERIC BREIDENBACH
I have enjoyed the opportunity to lead our region for the last two years and look forward to the possibility of serving again. My experience is combined with my enthusiasm.
Since becoming a member in 2001 I have participated in a broad range of region activities and responsibilities including tours, track events, social events, tech education and club leadership, both as a committee chair and officer. I served as Tech Ed Chair in 2004-2005, Treasurer in 2006-07 and President in 2008-9. I work well with our region's leadership team, both at a committee and Board level.
I have thirty years of finance, accounting and general management experience that demonstrates leadership and positive change. My education includes an undergraduate degree is in accounting from the University of Washington and an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University.
If re-elected, once again I will continue to work diligently to "preserve the best and enhance the rest". Our region has benefited from many strong leaders and I will work faithfully to maintain the high standards that have been set. At the same time I will look for new opportunities to enhance member participation and enjoyment.

Candidates for Vice President
PETE OLSON
I have enjoyed being a Porsche owner for the past 20 years, and have been an active PNWR member for the past five. Over which time I have gained a great appreciation of the people and values of our local club. I have served as the Membership Chairman for the past year, and will continue in that position. As a team member, I have come to know the Board Members and other Chairpersons, and have gained an understanding of what it takes to maintain and improve our organization. I enjoy meeting new and current members and encouraging them to become active in our clubs events, both as participants and volunteers.
My formal education includes a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. Professionally I am a Customer Engineering Account Manager at The Boeing Company, where my team's activities focus on Customers in the European Region.
I welcome your vote and the opportunity to serve as Vice President for our region, and will do my very best in working towards making our club an ever continuing success. I also encourage you to become an active club member, and Enjoy Your Porsche Even More!

Candidate for Secretary
DOLORES RANHOFER
It would be my pleasure to serve as the Secretary for the Pacific Northwest Region of the PCA. I have been a member for over eight years and participated in autocross, tours, technical sessions, drivers' skills, and contributed articles to the Spiel. I retired from the Federal Aviation Administration in January 2008 and would like to become more involved with PNWR.
I was a founding member and a board member of the Friends of Seward Park and was a part of the group that was successful in obtaining their 501C3; a past President of the Lakewood Seward Park Neighborhood Association; a member of the Weavers Guild and active in their annual sale; and am in the process of becoming a Master Gardner. Although these organizations have nothing to do with Porsches, I would hope my participation is indicative of my commitment to volunteerism and working to improve the organizations in which I participate.
I am adept in taking and compiling notes, have led numerous work groups, and would give my best as the Secretary of PNWR.

Candidate for Treasurer
MARY DOWNING
A 30-year PCA/PNWR member having served in several past years as Autocross/Track Event Registrar, Membership Chairperson, Concours Judge and a member of the Long-Range Planning Committee, I'm now seeking the Board position of Treasurer for 2010.
I retired almost a year ago after 38 years working for a world-wide manufacturing company in various management capacities including purchasing, plant operations, production, customer service and contracts. Each of those areas included fiscal responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and cost control. I would welcome the challenge to do the same for our Club.
I am back out on the autocross course again and look forward to becoming more active in the Club in all areas. Your vote would be much appreciated.

Candidates for Director at Large (1 position)
JAY GILLOTTI
PNWR member since January 2009. Activities this year included attendance at several Concours and Social events, 1 DE day, 1 Tour, several articles written for the Spiel, member of the 50th Anniversary Committee and attendance at most board meetings.
I have owned my 1985 911 since 2001 and I have been a Porsche enthusiast and historian since I was a teenager. I have contributed to 3 significant motorsport-related books: "1982" by Christopher Hilton, "A French Kiss With Death" by Michael Keyser and Brian Redman's forthcoming autobiography.
I am a graduate of the University of Connecticut and I have worked for Cartus for 22 years. Cartus is the world's largest corporate relocation and mobility services company. I am currently a Client Services Manager in our Microsoft service center. My other hobby is music and you can find out more at my web site: www.myspace.com/jaygillotti. From there, you can also link to my Porsche 917 fan page on My Space.
As a Director at Large, I would like to continue working on Special Events and also to support the Club wherever help is most needed at a given time.
LARRY NELSON
I welcome the opportunity to serve the club members as Director at Large. After purchasing my first Porsche back in 2003 I joined the PCA PNWR to learn more about my car. I quickly learned the club is about a lot more than the car; it's more about the people!
In the past, Sherrel and I have served the club as the Tour co-chairs for three years, and we are now the Social committee chairs. I have worked with many of the past and present club members, officers and chair persons. I am looking forward to meeting more of you, and contributing to the club however I can.
As the club enters our second 50 years, I look forward to becoming more involved, and helping the club continue to grow. I ask for your vote and support for "Director at Large" for the next two years.
