Canada West and Pacific NW Region's Premiere Porsche event!

August 23 to August 25

Whistler, British Columbia

  • Mountain High Concours Lite & Car Display
  • Autocross
  • Tour through the stunning scenery of the Coast Mountains to the Fort Berens Estate Winery in Lillooet
  • Welcome Party, Banquets Saturday & Sunday Evenings

 




Friday
Enjoy a scenic and fun drive from beautiful Vancouver on the Sea to Sky Highway along Howe Sound and into the Coast Mountains. 

Join the PNWR Drive to Whistler Weekend 

Registration Check-in is at The Aspens where you can meet old friends and new, at the complimentary Bavarian-style Welcome Reception. 
Saturday
Concours your Porsche in Black Market Square at Blackcomb. We will be using the Whistler Concours Lite rules (exterior, interior and storage compartments) - to encourage more participation. Concours entries limited to 30 cars.

Car Display for approx. 60 display cars (depending on available space) for those who do not wish to participate in Concours. 

After the Concours, attend the Concours Awards Banquet at the Whistler Conference Centre. There will be a great selection of cars on display and fantastic door prizes, including a trip for two to the Porsche Factory and a set of Pirelli tires! 

Sunday

During the day we have two options for you: Autocross or a driving tour.

  1. Autocross at the Blackcomb Mountain Day Lodge. Awards presented at the evening banquet
  2. Join the tour to Duffy Lake and the Fort Berens Estate Winery in Lillooet. It is a scenic drive along some very winding roads - lots of fun

In the evening, everyone is invited to attend the Autocross Awards Banquet and Colby Cup presentation at the Whistler Conference Centre. We always have nice door prizes on-hand for this event. 


Registration
Registration opens May 1.

Saturday banquet meals must be purchased in advance. 
Advance purchase of Sunday Banquet is advised but we can sell tickets at Registration on Aug. 23.

Registration fee: Canadian $150 per car. 75% refund if cancelled before August 1, 2019.

Goodie bag will be given to all cars registered prior to July 31 - so be sure to register early!

Saturday:  Awards Banquet (Buffet Style)
    $80 per person | Kids 5-11 $25 | Infants up to 4 years - no charge  

Sunday:  Awards Dinner (Buffet Style)
    $80 per person | Kids 5-11 $25 | Infants up to 4 years - no charge.  

Price are in Cdn and include all taxes and gratuities.
